What we love about this home, from the sellers:
“Years ago we moved here from San Francisco, and the pleasure we get out of our beautiful yards and gardens are some of our favorite things. We have raised bed gardens where we like to grow vegetables and our fruit trees are plentiful. We have a mini kumquat, Thai lime, Mandarin orange, Eureka Orange, Blood Orange, Kiwi, Pomegranate and a real Bay Tree for my sauce when cooking Italian food. We love the area, the neighborhood and our friendly neighbors. We love the window from the kitchen to the outdoor wet bar where we can pass through our coffee or dinner and sit on our patio and dine. Our children are grown now, but we always valued the separate bedroom wing so that when watching TV or entertaining we had privacy from the bedroom area.”

The City – Clayton has been listed three times as one of CNN Money Magazine’s “Top 100 Places to Live in the Nation” for small cities. Maybe you should find out why; maybe it’s the Art and Wine Festival, a 4th of July parade, the annual Rib Cook-off, the Oktoberfest celebration, the Concerts in The Grove summer series in the beautiful Downtown Park? Or maybe it’s the bocce ball or the trails that meander through the heart of downtown?
Silvercreek Subdivision – tucked in between the Enter Clayton sign and Oakhurst Country Club is a unique enclave of 94 single family homes near the trail and Clayton amenities.
